Z okazji Dnia Mamy mam dziś dla Was nowe babeczki :) Babeczki na widok których większość osób przeciera oczy ze zdumienia:) Przyznacie, że wyglądają niesamowicie?:) Od dawna podglądam zagraniczne blogi i uwielbiam babeczki jako alternatywę dla dużego ciasta czy tortu, ale te według mnie niejeden weselny tort BIJĄ na głowę!
As today we celebrate Mother’s Day in Poland I have a little sweet surprise for you! :) I made some WOW cupcakes a while ago, and you must admit that they look impressive! People usually can’t believe that they’re cupcakes when they see them! I believe they could be a great change for a wedding or bithday cake, aren’t they pretty?:)
Baza to moje ulubione i sprawdzone ciasto na babeczki truskawkowe. Co ważne, możecie tu wykorzystać też mrożone truskawki, ale teraz w sezonie świeże i pachnące są najlepsze!
To bake a base I followed my favourite recipe for strawberry cupcakes. What’s the best you can use frozen strawberries to bake it, so you can use this recipe any time of the year!
Wykonanie róży z kremu też nie jest żadną filozofią- jedyne co będzie Wam potrzebne to odpowiedni krem (u mnie niezastąpiona bita śmietana) i dobra końcówka- tyłka do wyciskania kremu. Do dekoracji tych babeczek użyłam tyłki Wilton w kształcie dużego płatka. Później to już tylko chwila praktyki i ćwiczeń w wyciskaniu kremu. Na youtubie znajdziecie masę filmów z podpowiedziami, a po kilku próbach wpadniecie we własny rytm dekorowania :)
And the ost interesting and fun part- icing roses! They are actually so easy to make! You will need a good icing (I use my secret ingredient whipped cream) and a special tip for your pipping bag- to make those roses I used Wilton127 tip. And that’s it! You can find dozens of videos on youtube sharing tips and tricks on HOW TO pip the icing and than you just need to practice a little and I promise after a while it’s all easy-peasy!
