Happy Monday everyone!
Let’s start a week with something fun and colorful, shall we? :) We recently celebrated 3rd birthday of Fab’s little nephew and I couldn’t hold myself from scrapping this cute photo! It wasn’t easy to grab a little one in the middle of party chaos but it was totally worth :)
As a starting point for this page I used a sketch designed by Ashley Horton which went live yesterday on Chic Tags blog. I changed the things a little bit but the main composition is still the same. If you would like to join our refreshed Sunday Challenge here you will find all the details!
paper: Echo Park, Webster’s Pages, Basic Grey; tags: Chic Tags, stamps: Citrus Twist Kits, Pebbles roller giant stamp, other: vellum die cut shapes, washi tape, paint, confetti stencil, star punches
I love that Ashley’s sketch gave me an opportunity to do some layering! The mix of papers and paint is fun and cheerful and gorgeous Chic Tags Birthday Cake labels tone everything down. And don’t you just love stars sprinkled around- there are so much fun!
The Chic Tags team created lots of beautiful pages featuring the new lines School House, Happy Place and Good Tidings as well as Chic Tags October Kit so stop by at the blog if you would like to see these products in action! By participating in the challenge you can also win a gift certificate to the shop so you could get some of the gorgeous new goodies!
Have a happy and creative week!
So sweet and brilliant! Love the stars!
