some more publication- PaperHaus summer layouts

Hello!

Few weeks ago I was sharing here some happy and summery scrapbooking layouts prepared for Scrapperin magazine and I thought I could bring 2 more older pages which I was working on for PaperHaus magazine!

The call was for summer pages with some mixed media touches and I submitted these two layouts created with lots of Chic Tags goodies as well as mixed products from my stash, most of them came with amazing Citrus Twist Kits! There are also some exclusive Citrus Twist Kits stamps in here, some Glitz Design, American Crafts, Studio Calico and Basic Grey.

The first layout is my favorite- I love how the mixed media border turned out and how all the colors contrast with black and white selfie! I played a lot here with watercolors, watercolor pencils, crayons and mists and the final result really feels like waves splashing on the sand! Here are some details for you:

To my favorite mix of products I added here some Scrapperin stamps. I played with layering, added some stitches and paint and kept everything in really summery, juicy colors. The page is more colorful than my usual layouts but hey, it’s summer, let’s be playful!

Probably at this time of the year you have your hands full of summer photos so if you are searching for inspiration PaperHaus magazine might be a great starting point! I love the mix of creations, inspiring interviews and many great artists which you can discover through this publication! Brew yourself some coffee and enjoy the morning with some inspiring reading!

things get better with time- 2 summer layouts from last year!

Hey! I would like to show you today 2 layouts which I made almost 1 year ago- funny, I know:) They have been waiting in my computer and now time is perfect to publish them here. They are both full of summer, with photographs from our annual holiday and just making at them makes me happy! I remember I was a bit stressed while making them because they were my first publication layouts- you could find them in November 2012 issue of Scrapperin magazine:)

Hej! Chciałabym pokazać Wam dzisiaj 2 prace, które powstały niemal rok temu- dawno, wiem!:) Czekały tak sobie w czeluściach komputera na ‘’ten’’ moment i letnia aura za oknem oraz zbliżający się wyjazd popchnęły mnie aby wyciągnąć je na światło dzienne:) Obie są pełne lata, słońca i nadmorskiego wiatru, na obu znajdziecie zdjęcia z naszych corocznych wakacji w nadmorskim raju i samo patrzenie na te scrapy daje mi pozytywnego kopa:) Pamiętam dobrze jak stresowałam się pracując nad nimi- to były moje pierwsze publikowane prace, które pojawiły się w listopadowej edycji magazynu Scrapperin– możecie go nabyć w scrapki.pl!

The first page I made for ‘’Maps’’ topic, and if you haven’t played with maps yet summer is great time to try this trend! I actually used a real map from old atlas which I bought in second hand store, I think it makes great background!

Pierwszy scrap powstał do artykułu o mapach- świetna sprawa, jeśli jeszcze nie scrapowaliście z mapą to gorąco polecam! Użyłam tu prawdziwej strony ze starego atlasu, która świetnie spisała się jako tło pracy :)

The second layout is about flying the kite- something what my boyfriend adores :) He actually likes all sort of toys, think freesbie, boomerang, and yes, kites! We always fly the kite by the beach when we are on holiday, it’s a great fun! Have a lovely and creative week! I will be back soon with some more summer projects!

Drugi layout dedykowany jest mojemu Fabowi I jego zabawkowej pasji- dajcie mu cokolwiek co lata, freesbie, boomerang czy właśnie latawiec I będzie w 7 niebie :) Zawsze gdy jesteśmy nad morzem puszczamy latawiec I cieszymy się jego kolorami na tle niebieskiego nieba! Tyle na dzisiaj, cudnego I kreatywnego dnia! Będę tu wracać z pracami pełnymi lata w tym tygodniu!

more publication news!

Hey! It’s Saturday and I finally had some time to look through magazines which have come to my place recently! I received my copy of spring issue of Scrapperin magazine and the entreARTistes magazine which published one of my layouts! They are both so inspiring, filled with amazing layouts and techniques and although I don’t speak neither German nor French ”reading” these 2 publications is a  constant huge pleasure!

Hej! Wreszcie sobota i wreszcie miałam chwilkę aby usiąść i zatopić się na dobre w lekturze scrapowych gazet, które dostałam ostatnio! Doleciała do mnie kopia niemieckiego magazynu Scrapperin, który mam przyjemność współtworzyć oraz francuska gazetka entreARTistes w której również znajdziecie moją pracę. Oba magazyny są wypełnione po brzegi świetnymi, inspirującymi pracami i pomysłami, mimo że nie mówię ani po niemiecku ani po francusku ”czytanie” tych gazetek to niekończąca się przyjemność:)

Do tego wydania Scrapperin przygotowałam w sumie 3 prace- znajdziecie tam mój layout, krótki kurs na temat przygotowywania szybkich kartek i artykuł o tagach do prezentów. Praca przy Scrapperin to świetna przygoda, możliwość poznania wielu utalentowanych osób i próbowania nowych rzeczy! Uwielbiam ten magazyn, strasznie też cieszyłam się widząc wiele znajomych polskich twarzy na jego łamach! Możecie zamówić egzemplarz magazynu tutaj.  

 

I am also so happy and grateful for an opportunity to be featured in French entreARTistes publication! I had so much fun creating the layout with lots of bling-bling shuny stuff and the magazine itself is superb! It’ll be a great inspiration in the weeks to come. You can order it here.

Również strasznie się cieszę z możliwości pokazania swojej pracy na łamach francuskiego entreARTistes! Praca nad błyszczącym scraperm to była dobra zabawa, a magazyn jest niesamowity!
